FAQ – Mock Interviews

A mock interview is a realistic, 60-minute interview simulation that mirrors real hiring conversations.
You will be assessed on how clearly and effectively you communicate your experience — under the same conditions as a real interview.

Mock interviews are conducted by Pritam Dutta — a Senior CXO with over 25 years of hiring experience across APAC, the Middle East, and Africa. Pritam has served as Managing Director and Country Head across multiple markets and was named an ASEAN Rising Star in 2024.

You are not practicing with a coach or a peer. You are sitting in front of someone who has made real hiring decisions at the highest levels.

You are welcome to review your CV and the role you are targeting. The more specific your context, the more tailored Pritam’s feedback will be.

  • Pritam’s interviewer verdict

Your profile is featured for 30 days and is included in your $199 session at no extra cost.

Featured status indicates interview readiness — it does not guarantee job offers or hiring outcomes.

Employers and hiring managers may view your profile and choose to make an enquiry. ThriveOnz Talent facilitates any introduction with your consent.
